FY13 Annual Reporting Instructions

The FY13 online Chapter Annual Report forms will be available by the end of May, 2013, and are due by November 30th, 2013. Please note that the first Baseline payments cannot be made until September.
The FY13 Chapter Annual Report period covers your Chapter's most recently completed fiscal year. This may match Audubon's fiscal year (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013) or the calendar year 2012, or cover some other time period. It should be the fiscal year that your Chapter reports to the IRS.
Components – Questionnaire and Financial Report Form
The FY13 report has two components - a QUESTIONNAIRE and a short FINANCIAL REPORT. While not required this year, we welcome any additional Chapter information you would like to share, such as the Chapter annual plan, and ask that you please attach those documents to an email message to Chapter Services.
Accessing the report forms
Both forms will be available online at the end of May, 2013, and an announcement will be sent to all Chapters when they have been posted. Multiple Chapter leaders may access the forms--as long as each person has an individual Chapter Reporting System account. If you will be completing all or some portion of the annual report, and you don't yet have an account on the Chapter Reporting System, please contact Chapter Services to request access.

Once a report is approved by either the State Office or Chapter Services, a Baseline payment is directly deposited to the Chapter checking account by the end of the following month--beginning in September 2013. Please let the Chapter Services Office or your State Office know if an extension is needed.
